The popular Şahin Restaurant (owned by local businessman Ergün Şahin) has been an established part of Turunç village life for over 25 years.  Whatever the time of day (or night), restaurant manager Ferdi ("Fred") and the owner's son Emre Şahin will do everything to make sure your visit is one to remember.

Şahin Restaurant serves English and Turkish breakfasts, lunches and dinner and light snacks are available throughout the day. It has a traditional Turkish bread oven serving freshly-made pizzas and pide and the local Lavaş – nan-like- Turkish bread.  Şahin Restaurant offers a take-away and delivery service for those wishing to dine 'at home'.

Şahin Restaurant features an extensive menu of Turkish and international cuisine.  Turkish dishes include – kebabs, lamb shank, fresh fish and Ottoman specials.  The restaurant serves excellent fish & chips and is justifiably renowned for the quality and variety of its steaks.  Meat is delivered fresh every day from the Şahin family butchers in nearby Içmeler and the restaurant can even source fresh meat for customers if ordered the previous day!  Sunday lunchtimes are a special favourite – Şahin Restaurant offers traditional roast beef with all the trimmings!

The restaurant offers a great-value airport package for those customers wanting to avoid the exorbitant prices at Dalaman.

Şahin Restaurant has a pool table in the inside, glazed area of the reataurant.

Şahin Restaurant is very easy to find on the main street between the pharmacy and the mosque.  It has a large, comfortable outdoor seating area as well as an indoor area for those (occasional) chilly evenings of early and late season.
